Turnaround activity for INEOS successfully finished
Last week, Pipelink completed its turnaround activity on the Antwerp - Kempen propylene pipeline – a complex operation carried out flawlessly and on schedule. Key achievements: Safely emptied the entire pipeline. Simultaneous interventions at 7 locations along the full trajectory. Replacement of multiple valve stations. Upgrade of the booster station. Critical connection enabling INEOS Project ONE to join the extensive propylene network in the Port of Antwerp-Bruges – ensuring full integration into Antwerp’s chemical cluster and beyond. Despite the challenges the Pipelink team faced the past months, some fantastic results could be achieved: ✅ No incidents ✅ Completed on time ✅ Full scope realised ✅ Strong collaboration across the project team, its partners and all involved parties A special thank you to Danny Van Gucht, Stijn Huygebaert, Jan Cleymans, Sven Jacobs, and Joren Maetens for their professionalism, enthusiasm and dedication during this challenging operation. At Pipelink, we manage not only pipelines but also related infrastructure - booster stations, valve stations, and other technical installations - ensuring safe and reliable network operations. We continue to be partner of choice on pipeline infrastructure, unburdening the industry, finding solutions for the challenges of the present, preparing and facilitating the industry of the future! 📢 In the coming months, we’ll continue working on strategic and exiting projects in the region.
